Refund & Cancellation

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Due to the digital nature of the services and software products distributed on HASHCOVET Products (including source codes, software binaries, licenses, and template designs), all sales are considered final. Once a download link is accessed or a serial/license key is generated and linked to your profile, the product is deemed delivered and consumed.

2. No-Refund Policy

Except as explicitly provided in these terms, HASHCOVET does not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for any digital assets, product keys, or SaaS packages after payment checkout is successfully processed through Razorpay. We encourage all buyers to thoroughly read product documentation, requirements, and specifications before completing their purchases.

3. Special Circumstances

Notwithstanding Section 2, we acknowledge our obligations under applicable legal frameworks. HASHCOVET may review and authorize refunds or order cancellations in rare, special circumstances, such as:

• Strict compliance with court orders, legal rulings, or statutory regulations requiring restitution.
• Double-billing issues caused by verified payment gateway errors (investigated and corroborated via Razorpay logs).
• Failure of delivery where a purchased product link or license key fails to generate within 72 hours and our support team cannot resolve the technical blockage.

4. Processing & Timeline

If a refund request is approved under Section 3:

• The corresponding serial key(s) or digital download access will be immediately terminated in our database registry.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original source account used for payment (via Razorpay).
• Refund settlement timelines typically require 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank clearance processing.
